The leadership team of Colusa-Glenn Farm Credit is a diverse and dedicated group, combining the expertise of elected representatives from customer districts and appointed members on the Board of Directors. This team, led by the Chief Executive Officer and other experienced professionals, works collaboratively to guide the organization in its mission to provide financial services and support the growth of farmers in the Colusa-Glenn region. Their collective knowledge and passion for agriculture contribute to the success and resilience of our farming community.
Tim Elrod, President and CEO of Colusa-Glenn Farm Credit, has been with the Association since May 2014. Prior to joining the Association, Elrod spent five years as Controller for Riverwest Processing, Inc., an almond processor and marketer. His background is rooted in finance with past experience in public accounting. After graduating from St. Mary’s College of California in Moraga, CA, He began his career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, a global public accounting firm, and subsequently moved to Matson and Isom, a Northern California public accounting firm.
Rebecca Myers, Chief Administrative Officer of Colusa-Glenn Farm Credit, has been with the Association since November of 2000. Before her role as Executive Vice President, Myers was a Loan Officer for seven years. Prior to joining Colusa-Glenn Farm Credit, she was employed at Umpqua Bank and T&P Farms, a large, local grower. Myers also grows almonds with her husband, Ted Myers, in Colusa County and she is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.
Luke Reimers, Chief Credit Officer, grew up on a cattle and hay operation in Orland, CA. He earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from St. Mary’s College of California and subsequently, earned a MBA from California State University, Chico. Reimers banking career started with Northern California Farm Credit as a Loan Officer in Willows, CA in 2002. Prior to joining Colusa-Glenn Farm Credit as Chief Credit Officer, Reimers served as a Senior Relationship Manager with Wells Fargo’s Middle Marketing Banking Group in Chico, CA. He is a past President and current Board Member of Glenn County Farm Bureau and is a past Board Member for Chico Sunrise Rotary and Community Housing Improvement Program.
Amy Ceballos, Chief Financial Officer for Colusa-Glenn Farm Credit, has been with the Association since September 2016. She is a Certified Public Accountant and spent seven years with K∙Coe Isom, a regional accounting firm, prior to joining the Association. Ceballos is a graduate of California State University, Chico.
AJ Gonzales, Chief Technology Officer, joined the Association in November 2020. Prior to his employment with the Association, AJ spent 1.5 years as an IT Consultant at Precision Business Associates, Inc., a regional managed information technology services and support company. AJ earned his Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Chico. AJ brings his valuable expertise in cybersecurity and information technology to the Association.
