Founded by fifth-generation farmers Bill and Kristin Weller in Princeton, California, Farmers Brewing Company has deep agricultural roots. Their family farm, thriving since the 1800s, is a testament to their unwavering dedication to growing a diversity of crops, including rice, almonds, walnuts, and wheat, sourcing the rice used in their beer from their own fields. Bill's farming journey began at a young age, instilling a strong work ethic as he diligently undertook farm duties, shaping his future. Despite earning a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering Technology at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, his passion for farming held strong. In 2001, Bill and Kristin established Farmers Brewing Company, merging time-honored farming traditions with brewing expertise.
