Timothy Elrod

Chief Executive Officer / President

Tim Elrod is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Farm Credit Services of Colusa-Glenn, ACA and began his employment with the Association in May 2014. Prior to joining the Association, Tim spent five years as Controller for Riverwest Processing, Inc., an almond processor and marketer. Tim’s background is rooted in finance with past experience in public accounting. After graduating from St. Mary’s College of California in Moraga, CA, Tim began his career at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, a global public accounting firm, and subsequently moved to Matson and Isom, a Northern California public accounting firm.



Rebecca Myers

Chief Administrative Office / Executive Vice President

Rebecca Myers is the Chief Administrative Office and Executive Vice President of Farm Credit Services of Colusa-Glenn, ACA and began her employment with the Association in November 2000. Rebecca worked as a Loan Officer for seven years, eventually becoming Executive Vice President. In addition to her service to the Association, Rebecca has been employed with Umpqua Bank and T&P Farms, a large, local grower. Rebecca also grows almonds with her husband, Ted Myers, in Colusa County. Rebecca is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo.


Luke Reimers

Chief Credit Officer

Luke grew up on a cattle and hay operation in Orland, CA. He earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from St. Mary’s College of California and subsequently, earned a MBA from California State University, Chico. Luke’s banking career started with Northern California Farm Credit as a loan officer in Willows, CA in 2002.  Prior to joining Farm Credit Services of Colusa Glenn, ACA as Chief Credit Officer, Luke served as a Senior Relationship Manager with Wells Fargo’s Middle Marketing Banking Group in Chico, CA. Luke currently serves as the president of Glenn County Farm Bureau and is on the advisory board for North Valley Ag Services. He was a past board member for Chico Sunrise Rotary and Community Housing Improvement Program.



Amy Ceballos

Chief Financial Officer

Amy Ceballos has served as Chief Financial Officer for the Association since October 2017. Amy is a CPA and spent seven years with K-Coe Isom, a regional accounting firm, prior to joining the Association. Amy is a graduate of California State University, Chico.
